One Family (up to 6 people) for 45 minutes of farm fun. This includes 5 edited images from Olivia Peabody Photography, a bag of carrots to share, and a farm experience you will want to make an annual tradition for years to come.

Names and ages of children are requested below as we recognize certain age groups of kiddos appreciate small gestures that help make their visit extra special (ie. sometimes younger kiddos prefer to walk smaller alpacas vs older kiddos walking larger llamas. These details help us prepare our herd ahead of your arrival)

**Cancellation Policy**

1. All Bookings Are Final Sale
Once your booking is confirmed and payment has been made, it is considered a final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Rescheduling Requests
If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability. However, rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 days before your scheduled photoshoot. 

3. No-Shows or Late Arrivals
If you fail to arrive for your scheduled photoshoot or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. We encourage you to arrive on time to make the most of your session.

4. Illness or Emergencies
In case of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your session based on availability.
